MNS Officers are Commissioned Officers and are also Part of Regular Army - Armed Forces Tribunal

Its great beginning!!

Indian Military Nursing Service Officers are Commissioned Officers and are part of Indian Regular Army. All entitlements and privileges available to other Officers of the Armed Forces should be extended to MNS Officers with equity - says the Armed Forces Tribunal....

...Press Trust of India News (Based on AFT Order) : Treat Military Nursing Officers at par with Regular Army Oficers

...Indian Espress News (Based on AFT Order) : Treat Military Nursing Officers at par with Regular Army Oficers

...Zee News (Based on AFT Order) : Treat Military Nursing Officers at par with Regular Army Oficers

Though this could be treated as a great victory (less advantages??) against the biased attitude of some senior officers of the Army hierarchy, there is a long long way to go.........

STRIKE WHEN THE IRON IS HOT!!!

because................

ACHIEVEMENTS CAN NOT JUST BE ACHIEVED!! unless there is a continuous process and adequate efforts !!!

Also go through my previous posts under the heading of Bolg Archive which is on the right hand side of this blog (i.e. year wise)

  1. Please provide me with the postal address of ADGMNS as I am going to send a DO letter to her regarding my posting. for reference, I am married to a Central govt. officer (civil) for almost 2 yrs. and applied compassionate ground posting ,along with supporting medical documents, this January, from ferozepur, where I am working for last 2yrs, to Kolkata, his working place. I have poly cystic ovarian syndrome and advised by our gynecologist to stay with my husband for treatment of primary infertility. if possible please help me on this matter.
